Customer Panel Guide

This guide walks you through the customer panel: account setup, buying licenses, wallet top-ups, and everyday tasks.

Getting Started

To get started, you need to create a customer account:

  1. Customer Registration
  2. Fill in your details:
  3. Submit the form
  4. You'll be automatically logged in

Login

To access your customer panel:

  1. Customer Login
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Click Login

Customer Panel Overview

Open these sections from the sidebar menu in your customer panel.

Dashboard

Your dashboard provides an overview of your account:

  • Count of all your licenses
  • Your available funds
  • View your 5 most recent licenses

License Management

Complete control over your licenses:

  • Browse, search, and open license details.
  • Buy a license with your wallet balance.
  • Update the IP address when the client moves servers (if the product allows it).
  • Turn automatic renewal on or off per license.

Wallet System

Pre-fund your account for instant license purchases:

  • Add funds to your wallet for purchases and renewals.
  • Check your current wallet balance and transaction history
  • Licenses are purchased using your wallet balance. Make sure you have sufficient funds before purchasing

Profile Management

Manage your account settings:

  • Update your name, email, and password.
  • View Recent Payments: See your payment transaction history

Purchase License

  1. Navigate to "Purchase License"
  2. Select the software you want
  3. Enter your server's IP address
  4. Choose duration (1-12 months)
  5. Review the total price
  6. Confirm purchase
Payment Method: Licenses are purchased using your wallet balance. Make sure you have sufficient funds before purchasing

Become a Reseller

Convert your customer account to a reseller account:

  1. Navigate to "Become Reseller" in your customer panel
  2. Check your active licenses count
  3. Submit the form
  4. Your reseller account will be created instantly

Eligibility rules (such as minimum active licenses) are shown in the customer panel when you open Become Reseller.

Wallet Management

  • Keep sufficient balance for automatic renewals
  • Monitor your wallet balance regularly
  • Set up auto-renewal for important licenses

Security

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Don't share your account credentials
  • Keep your license keys secure
